Jacksonville Jaguars vs Kansas City Chiefs | News Article by handicapper911.com

The Jacksonville Jaguars will travel to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs in the Divisional round of the Playoffs. The Jaguars are coming off one of the greatest comebacks in NFL Playoff history, and the Chiefs are coming off a bye week.

Just last week, the Jaguars illustrated the largest Playoffs comeback in the history of the NFL and beat the Los Angeles Chargers 31-30. Trevor Lawrence threw four interceptions in the first half and the Jaguars were down 27-0 nearing halftime.

They scored a quick touchdown at the end of the quarter, which gave them the momentum necessary to mount a comeback. The Jaguars went on to score 24 second-half points and kick a game-winning field-goal as the clock expired.

Trevor Lawrence finished with 288 passing yards, four touchdowns, and four interceptions, and Travis Etienne Jr. rushed for 109 yards on 20 carries.

The Chiefs had another impressive season and continue to be the best team in the AFC. Even though they lost Tyreek Hill in the offseason to the Miami Dolphins, their offense appeared just as productive.

Patrick Mahomes threw for over 5,000 passing yards and 41 touchdowns, and Travis Kelce had another career year. Kelce caught 12 touchdowns and 110 receptions for 1,338 yards. Defensively, the Chiefs were also solid. They held their opponents to 21.7 points per game and averaged over one turnover a game.

The Jaguars mounted an incredible comeback last week, but this will be their final game this season. Their run to end the season and begin the Playoffs has been short of incredible, but it will end at the hand of the Chiefs.

The Jaguars had home-field advantage last week but will be on the road this week. They will be going into one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL and facing a Chiefs team that nearly went undefeated there. This will be a lot for Jacksonville to handle, and I do not see them stepping up the pressure.

The Jaguars are also playing an incredibly strong Chiefs team. The Chiefs know how to win, especially in the second half. They will outmatch them and play well when it matters. Bet on Kansas City.

My Prediction: Chiefs 27, Jaguars 20
